how do I make thrus./fri. my compressed weekend days?

I am using Outlook 2003. In my calendar options I have Thrusday and Friday
unchecked. When I view my calendar in 7 day or 31 day view Sat. and Sun. are
compressed in one box. I uncompress the weekend in the 31 day view but
Sat./Sun. are still compressed in the 7 day view. How do I compress
Thurs./Fri., my weekend? FYI, I have seen Outlook setup like that so I know
it can be done.
