How Do I Make "Typing" text?

I want my page to have a headline that types letter by letter like an old
teletype machine, or an old clackety typewritter. Can I do this on FP or is
this a Flash sort of thing?

Best way to do it would be with Flash so that more users would be able to
see it. You can use some of the dynamic effects with FP to do it, but the
best you'll get will be IE only users will see the text drop in word by
word.

There's a cheap tool called Swish that can create Flash animations a lot
cheaper than buying Macromedia Flash. Check it out at:

I think it has a typewriter text effect.
