how do I manage microsoft messaging with office 2000 pro?

we origoinally set up microsoft mail for inhouse email through office 97
but have upgraded to office 2000 pro. now i need to add and remove some
user mailboxes but can't figure out how to access the administrator login.
anybody run into this situation before?
