How do I manually invoke the screen saver with office 2003?

I used to be able to just drag the screen saver icon onto my quicklaunch tool
bar and turn it on whenever I leave my desk. After upgrading to Office 2003,
that doesn't work any more.

Office 2003 does not have a Office Shortcut Toolbar.

Windows XP does have a Quick Launch Toolbar. I can place a shortcut to a
screen saver on both my desktop and Quick Launch Toolbar and start the
screen saver from either location. Office 2003 does not prevent this
operation.

Screen savers are part of Windows.

You have a Windows problem.
