How do I merge all sheets in workbook to one document

Excel Workbook Merge-Clgolden

I have an excel workbook that has several pages/tabs that then have several
pages within. I want to be able to merge the entire workbook into one
document when complete. Explanantion: sending one document to client versus
client having to do go tab by tab. Prefer it merge to word.
