How do I merge multiple Access records into a word form letter?

I was wondering if there was a way to merge multiple Access records into a
Word form letter. For example, my database includes group of people who have
expiration dates for eligibility in a program, and I need to let their
program providers know about all the people who are expiring.

Take a look at Word merge features. There's one merge field that allows
multiple records to be passed in.

By the way, I do hope the information is about people whose eligibility is
expiring (and not the people)... <G>

Thanks so much. I can't wait until Monday to try it!)

And, yes, it is their eligibility expiring, not the people themselves... :)

More great advice from steve. As others have mentioned the feature to look
at is mail merge.
