How do I merge records to print on separate pages? (each classroo.

I am trying to merge from our school management program. What I need is a
list of student names by homeroom for the next school year’s registrations
with each homeroom on a separate page. I created the form using a header.
In the body, I put a table with 5 columns and 34 rows. I placed the student
name field in the first row and when I merged, the homeroom list appeared,
but pushed the rows down.
It also merges as a continuous list. I want each homeroom on a separate
page.
I am using Word 2000.
Thanks.

I hope you realize this is a Publisher group.
Setup your page as a regular sized page.
If you want a table on each page, you need only create one table with whatever
information you need in it. Open the Merge Wizard (tools), follow the steps...
