How do I migrate my groupwise emails into Outlook?

I am switching from Novell Groupwise to MS Outlook. Is there a way to migrate
my emails from one application to another, without purchasing an expensive
conversion software?

In what formats will Groupwise export messages? Choose one that Outlook
will import.

Groupwise does not have an export function that I know of. I can save emails
but only as a word doc and attachments are lost.

Then it looks like you'll need to buy conversion software. If you were
using Groupwise 6.5 and Outlook 2002, this process is supposed to work:
http://support.novell.com/cgi-bin/search/searchtid.cgi?/10085448.htm . See
also this:

The commercial converts are usually worth it if your data has any value.

Migrate Groupwise emails into Outlook with the help of Softaken Groupwise to Outlook Converter Tool to migrate Groupwise emails to Outlook, including attachments. The application migrates Groupwise to Outlook files without difficulty. Once migrated, Groupwise is easily accessible in any version of MS Outlook. It reduces the chances of migrated data being lost or erased. This application is compatible with all versions of the Windows operating system, allowing users to run it on any Windows OS. Furthermore, you can use the free trial copies to assess this application. You can simply migrate Groupwise emails to Outlook and other file formats such as MSG, EML, EMLX, etc.
