How do I migrate my Outlook 2000 from an old to a new computer?

I've just acquired a new laptop running XP. I would like to have my Outlook
'cloned' from my old Win/2000 box to the new one.

The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
