How do I migrate my personalized settings for Microsoft Word 2007?

I've made extensive changes to the version of Word 2007 on my desktop's hard
drive. Is there any way I can migrate all that personalization to the
version of Word 2007 on my laptop? Or am I forced to do the personalization
all over again?
