How do I migrate Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2019?

How do I migrate Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2019?

Windows 10 PC



I have both Office 2007 and Office 2019 Home and Business installed.

They are not interfering with each other.

i am using Word 2019 but i am still using Outlook 2007.

Why?

Because I don't know how to migrate Outlook to 2019.

What is the correct way to migrate Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2019?

I want to retain my folders, my contacts, email addresses of past recipients, email account settings, etc.
