How do I modify fax cover sheet when faxing directly from softwar

How do I modify fax cover sheet when faxing directly from software? The fax
software gives me several options called bussiness1, bussiness2, etc. and I
would like to customize one of them.

To which fax software are you referring? Rather hard to answer without
knowing at least that much.
