How do I move a picture that has been inserted into a drawn shape

I need to show pictures in the shape of circles. I use the autoshape to draw
a circle, right click to format picture, then the Colors command, and fill
options to insert a picture into the circle. However, once the picture is
inserted, it is in the shape of a cirlce, but I need to be able to move the
picture around inside the circle to feature certain parts of the picture.
The drawn circle and the picture are locked together. What do I do so I can
move the picture inside the circle?

You can't maneuver the picture once it is inserted into a shape. Use a Paint/Draw
program to separate the features you want to emphasize and insert those into the
circles.
