How do I move addresses in my contacts into an excel format?

I am trying to all my addresses in my contacts into an excel format, so that
I can email it to someone who is doing invitations for me. How do I transfer
all my contacts into an excell format? I do not wish to eliminate my
addresses in contacts, but rather wish to copy them into an excel format.
