how do I move an existing user to a new computer

I have several users that are being assigned to different computers. They
are currently using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP machines, a couple are on
Windows 200 machines, but those users will be getting new computers next week.

My memory escapes me as to how to get their email messages to show up on the
new computers they are now being assigned to. We use Exchange server and
keep the messages on the server.

Create their Outlook profile on the new computer using the mail applet in the
control panel. This requires that they (or you) have logged into the network
on that particular computer as themselves.
