How do I move autotext and autocorrect files to a new PC?

I have a lot of custom shortcuts in AutoText and AutoCorrect, and a lot of
words added to the custom dictionary. I am being assigned to a new office and
will have a different PC. I want to take my custom shortcuts with me. I know
where the custom.dic file is and assume I can add it to the new PC. I don't
know the name of the files that the AutoText and AutoCorrect data are stored
in so I can't move them too. Are they in the 1033 folders or somewhere else?
What are the file names? Will I encounter any problems if I overwrite the
existing files from Office 2003 into a PC that has Office 2000?
