How do I move files from another web site using Publisher

I recently had to change my domain name and my web hosting company had me
copy my previous web page files to my local computer so that they could
cancel the old site. How do I get the files set up using publisher, is there
a way to tranfer the files automatically or do I have to build the entire
site again?

If you created your site with Publisher and have the Publisher file, just
resave as a website and upload the new html and image files to the new
server.
If you no longer have the Publisher file, you'll have to recreate the file.
