If you install OneNote 2007 it should detect and offer to upgrade your
notebooks. If it didn't try File | Open | Notebook and open the notebooks
you want to convert.
I tried that and it showed some of the files, but not the ones I wanted to
move. 2007 did not offer to upgrade my notebooks, so I found the notebooks I
want to move, but somehow the files I need are not associated with the
folders they say they are associated with. I looked in my documents to see
where the files were, and found them but then when I go back to 2007 it can't
find them even if I go to the same place.
