Eh?
You can save INDIVIDUAL emails to your HDD as msg files, but you can't save
a pst file to your HDD "as a word document" - what EXACTLY are you trying
to do?

Not really since a Personal Folder can contain many many items.

You can't. If you were ever able to convert a PST to a Word document you
would destroy it.
