How do I move my AutoCorrect data to a new machine in Office 2007?

I had a failure of a disk drive that required reinstalling everything on the
drive. I use WIndows Live One Care to backup all my files everyday. After
the failure, I have found that the restore function of Live One Care does not
restore data such as the AutoCorrect Data or my custom Dictionaries. Reading
in this forum, the only mention of Autocorrect goes back to Office 2000 and I
am sure things have changed since then.

Can someone give me guidance on how to restore my autocorrect data.... What
file is it stored it? can I just overwrite the existing file with the old
one to get everything operational? where are the custom dictionaries?
