How do I move my Insert button away from my send button?

I keep hitting send accidentally before I get my attachments on. How do I
move that paperclip AWAY from the send button???

Version of Outlook?

In Outlook 2003 or older, go to view, toolbars, customize and once the edit
dialog is open, drag the button somewhere else.
