How do I move Office to my new computer?

I got my daughter a new laptop and I need to move Office 2003 Student and
Teacher edition over. When I try and install, it says there are no more
licenses available. Is there a way to release the license on the old machine
in order to install on the new? Thanks ~ MLA

You need to use the telephone activation option and explain the situation,
assuming you have a retail version.
