How do I move Outlook 2007 email accounts from laptop to server?

I need to move my email account settings from Xp Pro OS with office 2007 to
Windows 2003 Small Business Server running Office 2003. I have tried the
backup wizard add in but it did not move the accounts only the data, There
are over 30 accounts that need to be moved.

we have been using this laptop like a server, receiving everyones email on it
and we finally bought an old ibm server and installed server 2003 on it and
configured it to be an email server so everyones mail comes to the server.
we do not have time to configure everything yet on the server so we installed
outlook 2003 w/ business contact manager and allowed everyone in the office
to access their individual folders. I am told that there are better ways to
set it up but as I will be deploying again soon I do not have time to do the
research now.
