HOW DO I MOVE OUTLOOK EXPRESS FOLDER ON MY OLD PC TO NEW PC

I USED OUTLOOK EXPRESS AND I HAVE SEVERAL LOCAL FOLDERS THAT I WANT TO MOVE
TO EXPRESS ON MY NEW PC. HOW DO I DO IT??

Outlook and Outlook Express are about as closely related as York and New

Why the flippant/superior response ? A simple, specific reply would have

1) This isn't an Outlook Express newsgropu so both questions and answers
about Outlook Express are completely off-topic and out of place. Is that
hard for you to understand?
2) The answer was precise, giving you two places where you can get the
answer you seek, especially the web site I mentioned. It describes a
backup/restore tool you can download to perform exactly what you want.
Obviously you didn't even glance at the site or you would have seen it.

Try reading for a change.

Since I don't work for Microsoft, how is it it they who "strike again"?
