How do I move Outlook Express messages from ME to XP?

I'm running Outlook Express 6 on WinME and am finally about to upgade to
WinXP Home Ed. OE si essentially a mail client to my ISP's mail system
(@optonline.net). I plan to use Outlook Express (same version) on XP. How
do I get my OE 6 messages, folders, profile, etc. to XP. I was planning to
use the XP Files and Settings Wizard, but it does not appear to capture
either .pst files or .dbx files. It does claim to capture .eml files, but I
don't know how to procude those in OE nor am I thinking I want to. I plan to
use a second hard drive to hold the data/files while I do the 'wipe and load'
WinXP upgrade.

Should I just export all my folders into .pst files and copy them to the XP
system via my extra hard drive? Is there a way to get config/profile data as
well?

Thanks,
CS

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.

You can also find some good Outlook Express information here:
