How do I move Project Server 2003 and WSS data to a new server

I have reviewed the Project Server disaster and recovery guide, and I cannot
see any documented process for moving the Project Server 2003 and WSS data to
a new server which has a different name than the original server. I am using
Windows Server 2003, with SQL Server 2000. I have recently migrated my
Project Server 2002 and Sharepoint Team Services data to a temporary Windows
2003 Server, and now want to upgrade the oringinal production class server
and move the data back. Is there a way to accomplish this?

Your response only deals with incorporating a New SQL Server instance. What I
am looking for is a means or replacing the existing SERVER in its entirety.
This means that I want to use a new Server with a new name to host project
server, wss and sql server, and preserve my project server 2003 and wss data.
