How do I move .pst file from desktop to Outlook?

We had to move a person across the hallway to a different computer. Our
computer genius dude set up a shared file. We have her .pst files on her
desktop on her new computer at the new location. However, I cannot make the
connection to be able to read her old .pst files on her new computer. This
one has MS Outlook 2000. Any help would be appreciated before I melt down.

I'd suggest you post to an Outlook newsgroup. This newsgroup supports the
OneNote program, not others in the Office family.
