How do I move Shared Contacts groups from Outlook Express to Outl.

I have several e-mail contact groups in the Shared Contacts section of
Outlook Express. When I transferred my Outlook Express Address Book into
Outlook, none of the Shared Contacts Address groups were transferred. Can
anyone explain step-by-step how I might do this?
I am dismayed at the prospect of having to re-enter several hundred names...
