how do I move the items from one calendar to another

I have just upgraded to exchange and am in the process of loading all our
staff on onto it. Im having a problem however from changing the calendars
from their pop folder to the exchange one. I can move the calendar to their
exchange profile but I can't replace or add to the exchange calendar...

Is there anyway to do this?

Move the items, not the folder. The By Category view will be helpful.
