How do I move to a tab point within a cell in Word?

When you have a table in word, when you use Tab it moves me to the next cell.
How do I move a tab point within a cell?

I'm not sure what you mean by "move a tab point". However, pressing Ctrl+Tab
inside a table cell inserts an actual tab in that cell.
