How do I need automate Org Chart creation/update in MS Visio?

I'm trying to automate the creation/update of the company's OrgChart. I'm
linking to an Excel spreadsheet. I want employees grouped by the supervisor
they report to -- I get a message that 38 employees are not in the
organization; these employees are on separate pages.

sounds like you might want to check out the spreadsheet... A word of caution
on your "update" requirement, the orgchart addon redraws a new chart every
time you run it, so updates may have to be done manually if you are
particular on your setup.
