How do I obtain a receipt from sent mails on Entourage

I am new to using mac and also Microsoft Mac. I used MS Office for
windows before and could set up outgoing mails to return a received
receipt. Entourage does not seem to have this facility. Is this
correct or can I just not find it. I do not use Exchange but direct to
my local mail provider.
