How do I open a .EML file in Outlook?

Hi, by default .eml files open in Outlook Express. When I use the File
Types tab to change this to Outlook I get a 'command line switch not valid'
error.

What is the exact path I should be using in File Types to get .eml files to
open in Outlook?

I have tried:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\OUTLOOK.EXE" /f "%1"
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\OUTLOOK.EXE" %1

Neither work.

You can't; Outlook doesn't use the eml-format.
