how do I open a one note template downloaded from web?

I have successfully loaded the templates and when attempting to open them I
get message saying folder is open elsewhere within one note. Searching and
tabbing through entire one note does not show other active or open folders

problem solved, moved template files from the template directory to the My
Notebook directory.
