how do I open disc 2 of microsoft office 2000 professional

My mother board burned out in my old computer and I purchase another computer
slightly used, it came with microsoft office 2000 professional on it, and the
guy told me I would be able to used my old disc, now disc one works but disc
2 with micorsoft publisher and small business tools and shared clip art will
not open and I try to add it as a add on program but nothing. Can someone
Help!
