How do I open links to websites from emails that I was once able2

I was once able to open links that said (Click Here) which brought me to my
customers or vendors websites and I can no longer do that. Instead I'm
directed to the "My Documents" window... why?
Did I somehow change a setting? How do I get the ability to just click the
link from my email insetead of looking at the source code to find where the
address goes and copy/pasting it to the address line?
Help..... sigh*
