How do I open MDB Files ?

Rec'd a CD from the UK. Set-up was ok on my PC, but cannot open any files
contained. States files are MDB files. Am NEW and limited with Comp
Knowledge. Any help greatly appreciated.

Could you be more specific? What does 'cannot open any files' mean? Do you
get an error message? Did you copy the files from the CD to your hard drive
(if so, right-click on the file and uncheck the read-only box).

Downloaded, yes. When I go to the folder where files are stored, clickon
file to open, get Matrix which states "Microsoft unable to open files 'MDB'.
Then ( I paraphrase) Need to know what program created files, and Do you
want to go on line and find ?..
I contacted the seller of the CD, and am waiting for response from UK.

Downloaded, yes. When I go to the folder where files are stored,
clickon file to open, get Matrix which states "Microsoft unable to
open files 'MDB'. Then ( I paraphrase) Need to know what program
created files, and Do you want to go on line and find ?..
I contacted the seller of the CD, and am waiting for response from UK.

Do you have Microsoft Access installed on your computer? If so, can you
open Access, and then use File, Open... to open the file?

Hopefully the source of the CD in UK can shed some light.
