How do I Open Template Plan stored on Project Server?

Using Pro 2003, I have saved a template plan to the project server, but File
Open only shows a list of published projects (not templates) and File New
doesn't give any options to use a template from the Project Server.

Any ideas?

File, New....
Then in the New Project pane that opens on the left hand side. Under the
templates selection, select "On my computer..." (I know you saved it to
Project Server). Click on Enterprise Templates. You should see your
template.
