Please don't tell me to use "Arrange all" as I need to open two independent
windows. Please also don't tell me it could not be done as I had this
ability with my current computer a few month ago. It doesn't work now. Same
thing happens to my Excel and Word of the Microsoft Office. Now I can only
open Word files in seperate Word windows, but not for Excel files and
Powerpoint files. A lot of people on the internet said it could not be done.
But I know it can be done as I enjoyed it before. I really need a real
expert to help me this time.

Tom,

Thanks a lot. I know the "Arrange All" and "set up 2nd user" tricks. But
previously (and my other computers now) I could do it without setting up 2nd
user. Only after I installed some other programs (such as Acrobat
professional), I loss the ability to do it. So there should be a simple way
to do it.
