I have a number of OneNote utilities listed in this article from
OneNoteAnswers.com:
OneNote Utilities
http://www.onenoteanswers.com/onenote_article8.htm

Among the entries are:
PPT2One from Jeff Borlik
http://www.borlik.net/blog/archives/000097.html

OneNoteImageWriter from Daron Devlin
http://www.analogreality.com/OneNotePowerToys/OneNoteImageWriter.htm

The first should solve your PPT note taking problems. The second should help
with the Acrobat situation. I don't know that anyone has written anything
specifically for Acrobat as of yet.

I just re-read the first sentence of this post. I don't think it came out
the way I wanted it to, so let me try again.... :)

There is an article on my site that is excerpted from Life on OneNote. This
article contains links and information on several OneNote utilities that are
available from around the OneNote community. The article will be updated as
I find new utilities that people are willing to share.

(Hope that's better - didn't mean to imply that I had written the
utilities - just that the list was compiled by me.)
