How do I organize Calendar Reminders ?

Calendar Reminders popping up all over Windows Desktop is
definitely a nuisance. How do I organize these multiple
pop-ups into a single Window pop-up on my Desktop ?.

Few months ago I came across a friend's Desktop with such
an organized single window of Reminders. Too bad he does
not know how to configure Outlook to org Reminders too.
