How do I outdent a subtask in MS Project?

I accidentally indented a task in MS project, making it a subtask. Now it
won't let me outdent the task. How do I get this to work?

If you are using Project Standard 2003 you need to go to the Office Update
site and download SP1 for Project 2003. It has a fix for this issue.
