How do I outdent a subtask that should be a task?

I accidentally indented a task on Project Standard 2003, thus making it a
subtask. Now, the program will not let me outdent the task. The Undo button
does not work, and the outdent button will not return the subtask to a task.
How do I change the subtask back into a task?

I have the same problem as you described with the Outdent. Where did you get
the patch?
