How do I outdent when a subtask doesn't move to the left when I t.

I use Project a lot and I cannot outdent my subtasks in 2003. I don't know
if I set something up incorrectly or if I'm doing something wrong. I've been
able to do it in the past, but currently cannot. Please advise. Once I've
indented a task, I can't outdent it again.

This is a bug in Project 2003 that has been corrected.
