How do I overcome the 'Object Model Guard' ?

When I set up automatic e-mailing from access the 'Object Model Guard' in
Outlook keeps asking me if I want to allow another programme to access my
address book. Is there any way to overcome this?

I used the 'Express ClickYes' mentioned in the article and it has worked.
