How do I overlay individual outlook calendars for a group view?

Each member of our family has their own Outlook calendar. Is there a way (or
program) that will in real-time, consolidate everyone's calendars into a
common view, say for a networked computer in the kitchen of our home? When
each of us update our respective calendars, this common view is automatically
updated. Also, the ability to mark some appointments as private would be
great!

You can already mark appointments as private, use the option at the bottom
of the appointment. For seeing each others calendars in a group view, you
will need to provide your version of Outlook and if you are using Exchange -
