How do I PDF multiple pages all at once?

When I try to save to PDF, I can only get one page to save--the one that is
selected. But what if I have several pages in the same document? How can I
save all pages at once? Pressing the control key while selecting multiple
pages does not work.

When you go to File/Print, make sure you have "All" selected in the Page
Range area.

Thank you for your reply. Originally, I was not trying to PDF through the
Print menu; rather, through the radio buttons on the PDF toolbar. When going
that route, one does not get to select from the same criteria as is offered
through the Print menu. That was news to me. Thanks again!
