How do I perform silent, automatic install of Outlook on a Window.

We have set up a Windows 2003 Server running Terminal Services. We installed
Outlook 2003 in "Installation Mode". We have found that each new user is
prompted to set up their Outlook profile the first time that they log in. How
do we automate the process so that Outlook will use the credentials provided
by the user at login and perform the setup without user intervention?
