How do I perform synchronization with two different computer

I'm trying to set up synchronization with two different computers and my
exchange account. One is a desktop that I work with 70% of the time the
other is a laptop for travel 30% of the time. I work offline all the time.
My question is will there be conflicts with the Exchange version if I'm
synchronizing two different computers with the same account?
