How do I permanently deactivate Filter Keys

When my students hold down the SHIFT key, filter (or sticky) keys activate
and really cause havoc with the keyboard. Students then have to restart their
machines. How can I get rid of this AWFUL feature?

Ask in a group for Windows? Or you could look in Control Panel,
Accessibility Options.
